With ease, Wells advisors can move quickly among channels, from the full-service brokerage to its independent channel, according to AdvisorHub. Wells Fargo bank clients can also move from the digital platform to full-service wealth management. 

Executives at Wells Fargo credit the successful transformation to changes in leadership. According to a Wells spokesperson, "The entire field is now combined under one leader," referring to Sol Gindi, head of Wells Fargo Advisors.
