Jed Finn is set to assume the role of head of wealth management at Morgan Stanley, with co-president Andy Saperstein confirming the promotion in a company memo.
According to AdvisorHub, the change follows Saperstein's expanded oversight of wealth and investment management after Ted Pick was appointed CEO. Managing a combined $6.2 trillion in assets and contributing over half of the company's revenue this year, Finn's appointment is described by Saperstein as a natural progression in his outstanding career, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of the wealth management business.
Additionally, AdvisorHub reports that Ben Huneke, a seasoned investment product executive, will take on the role of co-head of investment management alongside Jacques Chappuis, reporting to Saperstein, as part of another organizational shift.
