The AmeriFlex Group, a hybrid Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), concluded 2024 with a record-breaking $3.4 billion increase in assets under administration (AUA) and successfully facilitated 53 advisor transitions. According to InvestmentNews, the firm now oversees approximately $14.6 billion in AUA, reflecting a 35 percent growth compared to the previous year.

Thomas Goodson, AmeriFlex's founder and CEO, emphasized the importance of stability during transitions. "We have seen a significant increase in demand for stability during transition periods," he said. "From growing their practice to transitioning out of the business, our innovative programs provide advisors with the solutions they need to reach their goals, regardless of the stage of their career."

Central to this growth were programs like SuccessionFlex, which assists advisors in planning for retirement, and AmeriFlex Premier+, a high-tech financial planning solution introduced in 2023. In 2024, the firm also acquired The W Source, a networking platform for women professionals, and launched the Advisor Transition Network. InvestmentNews reports that this network is designed to connect financial advisors looking to sell their practices with qualified buyers.

Financial Advisor Transitions consults advisors nationwide to explore employment transition options and to preserve and protect their practice in any transition that they make.
