2022 Top Ranked Firms Based On Advisor Satisfaction

According to J.D. Power's 2022 U.S. Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study, investors value the digital channels their financial advisors provide. The rankings provided are based on a survey of 4,396 investors who work with advisers, conducted from November through January. 

The survey asked investors about seven categories: trust, people, products and services, value for fees, ability to manage wealth, problem resolution, and digital channels. The survey showed an increase in investor satisfaction with digital channels, with 63 percent of clients using their firm's website at least once a month and 40 percent using their firm's mobile app every month. According to the survey, 14 percent of clients are receiving comprehensive financial advice from their advisors.
